Main Functions

(1) Suitable for energy storage use. High efficiency, long life and high reliability;

(2) High precision voltage sample (30mV/cell) and current sample (1A@<100A);

(3) Advanced algorithm of SOC\SOH. System calculates the real time SOC value of battery pack

automatically.

(4) Protection functions:

◇ Over and under voltage protection of entire pack and single cell；

◇ Charge and discharge over current protection；

◇ Charge and discharge over or under temperature protection；

◇ Short circuit protection;

◇ Charge reverse polarity protection;

(5) Intelligent cell equalization management. Automatically balance each cell through passive balancing

method;

(6) Communication functions: including RS232/RS485, etc.;

(7) With monitoring software running on host computer to configure the BMS:

◇ Set the protection voltage \current value and warning voltage\current value and etc. ;

◇ Read the current SOC value，cell voltage and current working status and etc. ;

(8) Automatically switch on\off: when the system is suspended it will turn off automatically. When there

is charge voltage or load on the pack, the system will wake up automatically.

(9) Support multi packs working in parallel.

(10) 5U19 inch standard cabinet。

(11) Fan-based thermal control: When the temperature sensor detects over high temperature inside the

battery module, the fan inside the module will operate automatically to reduce the temperature inside the module;
